Job Summary

We are seeking a talented, professional, friendly Hair Stylist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services, creating stylish looks, and ensuring client satisfaction in a welcoming salon environment.

Duties

  • Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
  • Consult with clients to determine their desired styles and recommend appropriate services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
  • Stay updated on current trends in hair styling, color theory, and makeup application to offer the latest techniques to clients.
  • Promote retail products to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere.

Skills

  • Proficient in hair styling techniques
  • Strong understanding of color theory and its application in hair treatments.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to sanitation standards.
  • Our salon offers more than just hair services, having knowledge in makeup, spray tans, lashes, or aesthetics is a plus!
